These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Inbound Initiative website (“Site”) and all services provided by Inbound Initiative (“Services”). By accessing this Site or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Inbound Initiative provides business systems development, workflow design, sales training, seminars, consulting, automation setup, operational support, and related business-growth services. The scope of each Service may vary based on the selected package, written proposal, or individual agreement. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any Service at any time.
All strategies, recommendations, systems, training modules, and consulting provided by Inbound Initiative are intended for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific business results, including revenue increases, sales performance improvements, lead flow, operational enhancements, or staff outcomes. Business performance depends on many factors outside our control, such as staff execution, market conditions, pricing, competition, and customer behavior. All Services are provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information required to deliver Services, implementing recommended systems and workflows, ensuring internal compliance with applicable laws, and supervising staff execution of training or operational guidance. Inbound Initiative is not responsible for client-side errors, omissions, technical issues, or misuse of materials provided.
All payments must be made according to the terms described on the purchase page, invoice, or written proposal. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Late payments may result in Service interruption or additional fees.
All materials, documents, systems, processes, videos, presentations, training resources, and intellectual property provided by Inbound Initiative remain our property unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use such materials for internal business purposes only. Materials may not be copied, sold, redistributed, or publicly shared without written permission.
Users of this Site agree not to copy or republish content, interfere with Site functionality, introduce malicious code, or use any Site materials for commercial distribution without approval. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at any time.
Some Services may involve the use of third-party tools or platforms such as CRM systems, automation providers, scheduling tools, payment systems, or email services. Inbound Initiative does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their downtime, changes, limitations, data issues, or any results caused by external software. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting third-party terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inbound Initiative is not liable for lost profits, business interruption, data loss, indirect or consequential damages, or outcomes resulting from client business decisions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in question. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Inbound Initiative harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the Services, violations of these Terms, or issues related to the client’s business operations or staff behavior.
Use of this Site and our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site or Services, you consent to the data practices described there.
Inbound Initiative may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located within Virginia.
